urban legends are stories that are either true or false there usually stories that are incredible or unbelievable. like as of one story it said three school janitors blew up there shed cause they were tryin to kill a squirl which was a true story a false story i heard was a guy died because he missed a putt in golf he got so mad he threw is club and it killed him...
That is just one example of a urban legend. anothe thing about urban legends are that people tell stories about them and thats how they are formed they were made up by people who are bored or telling the grandson a story of some sort..
those are what urban legens are and wut they are all about so in conclusion urban legends are made up or true myths of crazy and wacked out stories...

Violence in the media
the media today can have alot of violence in it an example is t.v shows like Family guy the little baby stewie always talking about kiling his mom. and when on the simpsons when homer simpson chokes his son bart that is also an example of violence in the media. violence in just the media alone uped the chanes in crime in this country....
